About me
Hi, I’m Chloe! I’m a clinical psychologist (BSc Psych with criminology, MSc Neuropsychology, MClinical Psychology) with professional experience in private practice, community and hospital settings.
With both professional and lived experience of neurodivergence, I created Solène Psychology as a space where individuals can explore their minds with curiosity, compassion, and empowerment. I grew up between French and English culture, and understand the unique contributions our cultural backgrounds can have on our identity (and the difficulties that can present!).
I’m passionate about helping individuals understand themselves more deeply, supporting them to work with the brain they have—rather than the one they feel they “should” have, so they can embrace their authentic selves.
Outside of my work, you’ll often find me enjoying time with my family, having dance parties in the kitchen, tea or coffee in hand, thinking about snacks, absorbed in a good book, singing badly, laughing loudly or recharging in nature through movement and fresh air.
